Abstract:IntroductionSubacute adult‐acquired hemichorea is a striking presentation with a broad differential, including ischemic, metabolic, and inflammatory causes.CaseWe encountered a 74‐year‐old woman with rapid onset of hemichorea and associated encephalopathy.
