A Case of Ischemic Colonic Stenosis of the Splenic Flexure

Abstract: : Ischemic colitis is characterized by lesions arising from colonic ischemia. The treatment of choice is surgery, and resection of the affected segment is often life saving. This study presents a case of segmental ischemic colonic stenosis of the splenic flexure. A 70-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with abdominal pain and distension.
