A Case of Left Atrial Myxoma Whose Initial Symptom Was Finger Ischemic Symptom

Abstract: SummaryWe experienced a 45-year-old Japanese man who was transferred to our hospital complaining of acute onset of pain and pallor in the right lower limb. Two years earlier, he had complained of repetitive pain at rest and pallor in the left third and fourth fingers.
