A case of left undescended testis with ipsilateral ectopic kidney

Abstract: Undescended testis is one of the most common congenital anomalies in newborns. Incidence of this is anywhere between 1.6% and 9.0%. The incidence dramatically drops to 0.9-1.8% at 3 months of age. This is due to the spontaneous descent of the testes. The complications of undescended testes are infertility and malignant transformation.
