Abstract:Background: Lipomyelomeningocele ( LMM) is a congenital factor that causes clubfoot. This disease often develops into adulthood and often has rigid deformities. This is the most difficult orthopedic and functional reconstruction surgery. Case presentation: We report case of stiff clubfoot caused by Lipomyelomeningocele(LMM).
