A case of metastatic female adnexal tumor of probable Wolffian origin

Abstract: HighlightsWe present a case of female adnexal tumor of probable Wolffian origin progressed rapidly while it is classified in LPM.This case suggests that recurrence can occur within 1 year in patients with tumor implants at initial surgery.
