A case of neuralgic amyotrophy with contralateral recurrence

Abstract: Neuralgic amyotrophy is a brachial plexopathy of uncertain etiology which presents as acute neuropathic pain with subsequent weakness and sensory changes. It is believed that this disease process is under recognized in the primary care setting.
