Abstract:<b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Osteopetrosis is a rare heritable disorder characterized by increased bone density resulting from osteoclast dysfunction. Major complications include bone fracture, osteomyelitis, anemia, and cranial nerve compression. Optic atrophy can occur due to compression of the optic nerve.
