A Case of Parathyroid Apoplexy of Primary Hyperparathyroidism Presenting as Auditory Hallucinations Accompanied with Hypocalcemia

Abstract: The natural history of primary hyperparathyroidism, due to parathyroid adenoma, is unknown. Furthermore, spontaneous resolution of parathyroid necrosis or hemorrhage is rare and usually asymptomatic.
