A Case of Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Nasal Ala

Abstract: Pleomorphic adenoma occurs primarily in the major salivary glands, but very rarely in the nose. Treatment of nasal pleomorphic adenoma, like pleomorphic adenoma of the major salivary gland, is also a complete resection. Since most are confined to the nasal cavity and do not invade cartilage or other tissues, it can be removed relatively simply by nasal endoscopic surgery.
