Abstract: Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is a rare neurodegenerative disorder characterized by predominant visual deficits due to its atrophy of the occipital lobes. Patients typically have preserved cognitive function during the early stages, making diagnosis more difficult when compared to other neurocognitive disorders.
