A case of pulmonary sarcoidosis with endobronchial nodules

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic disorder of unknown cause that is characterized pathologically by noncaseating granulomas and predominantly affects the lungs and the lymphatic system, especially intrathoracically.
