A case of pure uterine lipoma: immunohistochemical and ultrastructural focus

Abstract: Clinical and histological diagnosis of pure uterine lipomas are described and a possible involvement of fatty metaplasia of smooth muscle cells in the development of pure uterine lipomas is discussed.
