Abstract:Tracheal stenosis is an uncommon and dangerous complication after intubation and tracheostomy and its clinical presentation may be misinterpreted as bronchial asthma. A careful vigilant clinical history and examination is required for the diagnosis of such tracheal stenosis. Here, we describe a case of post intubation subglottic tracheal stenosis in a young male who presented with features mimicking bronchial asthma.
