A case of silent colonic lesions associated with streptococcus gallolyticus, bacteremia and endocarditis

Abstract: We present a clinical case of synchronous colonic lesions, histologically different, associated with streptococcus gallolyticus subsp. gallolyticus (Sgg)/ Streptococcus bovis biotype I, bacteremia and infective endocarditis.
