Abstract:The article describes a clinical case of a female patients with the continuous course of tuberculosis (more than 14 years). Despite the ongoing anti-tuberculosis therapy, the use of all possible surgical methods including valvular bronchial blocking, bacterial excretion persisted, fibrous cavernous tuberculosis with pre-XDR and severe cicatricial bronchial stenosis developed.
