A case of the right coronary artery aneurysmectomy and aortocoronary bypass grafting after previous coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract: A 56-year-old man after previous coronary artery bypass grafting was found to have right coronary artery aneurysms. Computed tomography(CT)showed two coronary artery aneurysms at the right coronary artery(#3) . One year later, follow-up coronary CT demonstrated that the aneurysms were additionally increasing in size. He underwent coronary artery aneurysmectomy and aortocoronary bypass grafting of the right coronary artery using the saphenous vein graft.
