Abstract: Carcinoma showing thymus-like differentiation (CASTLE) is a rare malignant tumor that originates from ectopic thymic or residual embryonic tissues. CASTLE is specified as a synonym for intrathyroidal thymic carcinoma.The patient is a 66-year-old male.
