A case of TSHoma mimicing Graves 'disease and makes GH cosecrete

Abstract: Thyrotropinomas (TSHoma) are rare pituitary adenomas. TSHomas can synthesize other hormones simultaneously. Co-secretion of TSH and GH is rarely reported in the literature. In these patients, signs of hyperthyroidism and acromegaly can be observed together. Its clinic is heterogeneous and in some cases, symptoms of thyrotoxicosis may mask the acromegaly symptoms.
