Abstract:We report a rare case of cerebral aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) associated with Turner syndrome. A 34-year-old woman presented with aneurysmal SAH originating from a saccular aneurysm in the right anterior communicating artery. The patient underwent endovascular coil embolization of the aneurysm. The patient recovered favorably after surgery without any neurological deficits.
