Abstract:Solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a mesenchymal fibroblastic tumor that occurs anywhere in the body. It is often difficult to make a definite diagnosis of abdominopelvic tumors by imaging alone. Pathological information obtained by biopsy is useful.
