Abstract:Key Clinical MessageCoronary artery aneurysm (CAA), marked by diffuse or localized dilation of artery, can cause life‐threatening complications in acute coronary syndrome. This report presents a case of CAA combined with acute ST‐segment elevation myocardial infarction, successfully treated with cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy, offering insights for clinical practice.
