A Case Report of Complete and Prolonged Response to Hormonal Therapy in Recurrent Metastatic Endometrial Cancer

Abstract: Background & Objective: Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies in developed countries. Survival rate in metastatic endometrial adenocarcinoma recurrence is reduced, and treatment in these patients is mostly palliative.
