A Case Report of Effective Physical Therapy for Post-Operative Non-descent Vaginal Hysterectomy Patient

Abstract: Menorrhagia is a prolonged and excessively serious menstrual bleeding (Walker et al., 2015). It is not due to any underlying disease, the likely reasons include hormone imbalance, ovary impairments, uterine fibroids, intra uterine devices, medications etc. Vaginal hysterectomy is a procedure in which the uterus is surgically removed via the vagina.
