Abstract: Background Febrile ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease (FUMHD) is a rare and severe variant of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta, characterized by a rapid onset of painful, necrotic skin lesions and systemic symptoms.
