A Case Report of Hereditary Multiple Exostoses

Abstract: Hereditary multiple exostoses (HME), also known as hereditary multiple osteochondromas, is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disorder featuring multiple exostoses (osteochondromas) mostly diagnosed in childhood, they arise near the growth plates of bones such as ribs, pelvis, vertebrae and predominantly long bones.
