A Case Report of Lumbosacral Lipomyelomeningocele with Tethered Cord Syndrome

Abstract: The objective is to describe a rare case of lumbosacral lipomyelomeningocele with Tethered Cord Syndrome. Tethered cord syndrome is a neurological disorder caused by tissue attachments that limit the movement of spinal cord within the spinal column. A 7 years old girl child presented with lumbosacral swelling with non healing ulcer on foot and with weakness of lower limbs since childhood.
