Abstract:Introduction: Necrotizing Fasciitis (NF) is bacterial infection spreading rapidly affecting soft tissue and muscular fascia. It's life threatening and fatal, leads to tissue necrosis, sepsis, and death. It has high mortality number especially in elderly.
