Abstract:Polycythemia vera (PV) is a myeloproliferative disorder, with significant risk for thrombotic complications. But
intracardiac thrombosis and pulmonary embolism is a rare initial presentation of PV. We describe the case of female
patient who presented with intracardiac thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and right sided heart failure. This case report
