A Case Report of Polycythemia Rubra Vera Manifesting as Intracardiac Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract: Polycythemia vera (PV) is a myeloproliferative disorder, with significant risk for thrombotic complications. But intracardiac thrombosis and pulmonary embolism is a rare initial presentation of PV.
