A Case Report of Whipple’s Disease: A Challenging Diagnosis

Abstract: Whipple's disease is caused by a ubiquitous Gram-positive bacillus, Tropheryma whipplei. The disease is extremely rare, with only 1,000 cases reported worldwide.
