A Case Series of Stereotactic Biopsy of Brainstem Lesions through the Transfrontal Approach

Abstract: Background and Importance Brainstem lesions may be unresectable or unapproachable. Regardless, the histopathological diagnosis is fundamental to determine the most appropriate treatment.
