The low learning outcomes of students in the subject of modification of sports and small games are considered as the problem in this research that is mostly caused by the lack of learning media facilities for students in the online classes that leads them to difficulty in understanding the provided learning materials. This study aims to develop an e-module on the subject of modification of sports and small games. The ADDIE development model is being used in this Research and Development (R&D). There are several activities needed as the research method, such as exploring the potential and actual problems, collecting all information by developing, validating, revising, conducting trials and errors of the game models for the effectiveness and efficiency of the model used. The results of the study showed from the experts of materials that at the development stage and the level of validity by the score of 3.60 which was in the highly valid by the percentage of 90.5%. From the media experts validation by the score of 3.65 which was high valid category by the percentage of 92, 55%.

In the process of developing major sports events, how to guide providers and users to provide and utilize the archives information resources of major sports events and realize the interaction between them is an important problem to be solved urgently in the development of major sports events and the archive service of major sports events. By analyzing the present situation of archive service of major sports events, especially the analysis of the opposite dependent subjects of service providers and users, we can see that the continuous development of archive services for major sports events will inevitably lead to constant changes in user groups and user needs, guided by the theory of information retrieval, knowledge management, and media effect. According to the service model of archive service of major sports events, the archive service model of specific sports events is constructed. In this paper, four kinds of event recommendation models are applied to the collected marathon event data for experiments. Through experimental comparison, the effectiveness of content-based recommendation algorithm technology in the event network data set is verified, and an algorithm model suitable for marathon event recommendation is obtained. Experiments show that the comprehensive event recommendation model based on term frequency–inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) text weight and Race2vec entry sequence has the best recommendation performance on marathon event data set. According to the recommendation target of the event and the characteristics of the event data type, we can choose a single or comprehensive recommendation algorithm to build a model to realize the event recommendation.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution entails the evolution of technology toward more automated means and implementation of the Internet of Things. This technological change will impact jobs, whereby some become obsolete while others are created. The workforce needs to acquire new skills to survive the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This literature review aims to identify new skills required by the workforce in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study involves a review of relevant literature, such as scholarly articles and organizational reports. The literature review was done to identify recommended skills based on the themes of "Fourth Industrial Revolution," "Skills," "Change," and "Labour force." The literature obtained was organized based on the type of skills suggested in the studies. The workforce requires high-level technical skills, higherorder cognitive skills, and human or interpersonal skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Creative thinking, decision-making, critical thinking, negotiation, and persuasion will be required, as machines lack these abilities. While this literature review covers a broad range of skills needed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it may not apply to all organizations. An external variable, such as education standards, may influence skills that different firms might require. This paper will assist supervisors and training providers in understanding the skills needed for the workforce in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
