Abstract:Background: Questionnaire translation is vital for high-quality research, requiring more than simple language conversion. Inaccurate translations can alter question meanings and compromise the intended message, necessitating cross-cultural adaptation, particularly in multi-ethnic, multi-lingual contexts.
