Abstract:This paper aims to investigate the liquid-phase oxidation reaction mechanism of inorganic sulfide in the presence of a catalyst based on 3,3 ′ ,5,5 ′ -tetra-tert-butyl-4,4 ′stilbenequinone dissolved in the kerosene fraction. The formation of intermediate and final products is also examined, pointing out that the products of catalytic sulfides oxidation are thiosulfate and sulfate.
