A Categorical Model for Airport Capacity Estimation Using Hierarchical Clustering

Abstract: Motivated by the need for very inexpensive, easily updated, first-order-accurate estimates of airport capacity required in system-wide analyses, we propose a novel approach to generate a predictive categorical model.
