Introduction: WHO has announced coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid19) as a global pandemic at the immune decline, one of which is due to chronic exposure to ambient air pollution. This literature review aims to describe the impact of ambient air pollution toward the risk of being infected by Covid19. Discussion: Covid19 can be found in a bat (host primer), and can be contagious through a person, also possible from pets. The symptoms that sufferers will perceive are fever, cough, diarrhea, myalgia, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomit, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and some asymptomatic people. The body’s immunity affects a person’s susceptibility to Covid19 infection. The body’s immunity can be affected by ambient air pollution (with PM10, PM2,5, and O3 are the most pollutant in the air in various countries) for an extended period could be the reason for chronic illness (especially, respiratory tract) could reduce immune resistance. Furthermore, it might be happened on increasing at ACE2 activity and can cause increasing infected by Covid19. Prevention action can be done by contributing from all of the sectors at an observance in guarding, physical distancing, quarantine, and maintaining the ambient air quality in the future. Conclusion: Ambient air pollution must be considered as one effort to prevent chronic illness that can reduce immunity, which can increase the risk of being infected with Covid19. Furthermore, future studies will be carried out on ACE2 activity in people infected with Covid19 in order to get more valid results and following current conditions.

SARS-CoV-2, appeared in winter 2019, in Wuhan State of Hubei Province in China, which has already marched more than 210 countries with 5,418,496 cases and 344,206 fatalities. Through an ongoing unprecedented global public health effort, the pandemic is now slowing down slightly after 6 months of its original occurrence. Until now, the media coverage is incredibly accurate and has been providing worldwide pictures to enrich scientific data. As of May 25, 2019, there are more than 21000 citations related to SARS-CoV-2 in the medical literature according to the WHO on global research on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). However, among these citations, only 5-10% are related to laboratory experimental data. This review is aimed to analyze the unique laboratory experiment aspects of SARS-CoV-2, to describe the epidemiology, threat to pediatric and women health, mutational intimidation, diagnostics and treatment of the SARS-CoV-2 in regard to future epidemics, and to use the SARS-CoV-2 experience as a model for future pandemics.

Prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in the aquatic environment pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic has been a global concern. Though SARS-CoV-2 is known as a respiratory virus, its detection in faecal matter and wastewater demonstrates its enteric involvement resulting in vulnerable aquatic environment. Here, we provide the latest updates on wastewater-based epidemiology, which is gaining interest in the current situation as a unique tool of surveillance and monitoring of the disease. Transport pathways with its migration through wastewater to surface and subsurface waters, probability of infectivity and ways of inactivation of SARS-CoV-2 are discussed in detail. Epidemiological models, especially compartmental projections, have been explained with an emphasis on its limitation and the assumptions on which the future predictions of disease propagation are based. Besides, this review covers various predictive models to track and project disease spread in the future and gives an insight into the probability of a future outbreak of the disease.
