Abstract:Introduction. A clinical case of an 80-year-old patient with clinical and instrumental manifestations of amyloidosis caused by the deposition of non-mutant (“wild type”) transthyretin (Amyloidosis “wild type” TransThyRetin, ATTRwt) is described.
