A collaborative framework for multi-area dynamic security assessment of large scale systems

Abstract: Abstract-In this paper we propose a collaborative framework to carry out multi-area dynamic security assessment over an interconnection operated by a team of TSOs responsible of different areas. In this framework each TSO does his part of the work and, thanks to information exchange and coordination rules, potential security problems can be detected by all the involved TSOs.
