Abstract:Objectives. This study aims to conduct a comparative meta-analysis on the frequency of implant-related complications and fusion rates between screw-rod C1-C2 fusion (Goel-Harms technique, GHT) and transarticular atlantoaxial fusion (Magerl technique, TAF).
