In recent years, the long-term quality of life of children with leukemia has received widespread attention as the prevalence of the disease has increased and the cure rate has improved. To alleviate the negative emotions of children with leukemia and their families and ensure the socialization process of children, this paper actively explores the volunteer service model based on caring for children with leukemia with emotional disorders and establishes the “REAL” service model, aiming to form a four-way volunteer system of self-reduction, environmental simulation, affectionate companionship, and social support. The aim is to form a four-way volunteer system of self-reduction, environmental simulation, affectionate companionship, and social support to provide professional volunteer services for children with leukemia and their families to alleviate the emotional disorders of children with leukemia and improve their quality of life. Meanwhile, this paper verified the alleviating effect of the service model on the emotional state of children through Pearson correlation analysis, and designed a recommendation system of “REAL” service model for different types of children based on SCARED and DSRCS scores to propose treatment plans for different children.
