A comparative study between total abdominal hysterectomy and non-descent vaginal hysterectomy

Abstract: To analyze the intra operative complications, postoperative morbidities and complications between abdominal and non descent vaginal hysterectomy.This prospective study was conducted over a period of one year in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
