A Comparative Study of Detection of Serum Total and Direct Bilirubin by Manual and Automated Methods

Abstract: Background: Bilirubin is one of the major bile Pigment, clinically and biologically important among the bile pigments present in the mammals. Material and Methods; The Cross sectional study was conducted in department of biochemistry in the collaboration with department medicine in Civil Hospital Tarn Taran.
