The normal anatomy and abnormal findings have been well described by Sammons et Method We have used a modification of the procedure of Sammons et al 6 Patients were premedicated with 25-50 mg of promethazine (Phenergan) hydrochloride, and 50 mg of meperidine hydrochloride, and nothing was given by mouth for at least 4 hr prior to the examination.…”
