This paper is a case study of Ambuja Cement Ltd for the performance evaluation. Ambuja Cement Ltd is one of the leading Cement manufacturer company in India. This study is based on 5 years of period started from 2017-18 to 2021-22. To analyze its performance, Value Added Ratios (VARs) are used. Value Added Ratios (VARs) are very important in the analysis of Value related data. Total five important ratios are used and for statistical analysis Chi-Square test is used to know whether performance of the company is consistent or not. Chi-Square – goodness of fit test is used with an assumption that performance of the company is consistent if actual data “fits” expected data. Value Added (with the help of Additive method) and Value-Added Ratios (VARs) shows that Ambuja Cement Ltd is consistent in most of its financial activity and sound in the financial performance.

This is a correlational study on Ultratech Cement ltd. The main objective of this study is to find out whether there is any kind of relationship do exist between Value Added (VA) and Profit. Here Value Added (VA) includes Gross Value Added (GVA) and Net Value Added (NVA) only. To find out if there is any relation exist between those variables correlational analysis is used. To fulfil the objective of study, the data of 7 years (from 2015-16 to 2021-22) is taken from the annual reports of the company and analysed by preparing Value Added Statement (VAS). It is found out that there is actually a strong positive correlation exist between Value Added (VA) & Profit (Gross Value Added (GVA) & Profit and Net Value Added (NVA) & Profit).

The primary aim of this study has been to examine the Human Resource (HR) Practice types which are being followed in various Indian Entrepreneurial Organizations with special focus on succession planning process. HR Practices provide a common understanding and order within the system. It is also a very important part of an organizations business strategy since people are working for an organization and creating a great enterprise heavily relies on how well and fairly, they are being treated. Additionally, organisations require a plan for creating, disseminating, and enforcing a set of rules and regulations that are compliant with the law and represent the proper conduct of their employees. Sound HR Practices also support the vision, mission and business strategy of an Organization. At the operational level of HR function, it helps HR Professionals to deliver in an objective way. This paper provides insights, as to the status of types of HR Practices being followed in Indian Entrepreneurial Organizations. It would help organizations to improve their HR practices. This paper also tests the relevance of influence of organization types on HR practices especially Succession Planning.
