“…In 3D planning, CTV-VC was contoured by using 5 mm strip around cylinder with narrowing or expanding the thickness based on the thickness of vagina on each CT slide or the adjacent organs. The result showed 3D planning can deliver suitable dose to the target while reduce the dose to organs at risk ( Hashemi et al, 2021 ).
