A Comparison of Blood Plasma Exosome Enrichment Strategies for Proteomic Analysis

Abstract: Proteomic analysis of exosomes (EX) poses a significant challenge. A ‘gold-standard’ method for plasma EX enrichment for downstream proteomic analysis is yet to be established.
