A comparison of hemodynamic profile of intraperitoneal instillation of ropivacaine versus bupivacaine in laparoscopic surgeries

Abstract: Inadequate pain relief in the postoperative phase is a well-known problem world-wide. Aside from the suffering caused by insufficient pain relief, this is an issue with potential adverse physiological and psychological consequences for patients in addition to financial draw backs for caregivers.
