A Comparison Study on Multicultural Attitude and Relating Factors of Nursing College Students and Non-Nursing Major Students in Korea

Abstract: De p a r t me n to fNu r s i n g ,Ha n n a m Un i v e r s i t y요 약 간호학전공 대학생들과 타전공 대학생들의 다문화에 대한 태도를 비교하고, 관련된 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었으며 서술적 비교연구로 설계되었다. 자료수집은 D 시의 3 개의 대학교에서 2 0 1 2 년 1 1 -1 2 월에 수집되었으며, 연구참여에 동의한 3 0 9 명의 간호대학생들과 1 9 5 명의 타전공 대학생들이 참여하였다.
