A Complicated Case of Pregnancy Involving a Presacral Epidermoid Cyst

Abstract: Although presacral developmental cysts, including epidermoid cysts, are relatively rare diseases, an intrapelvic mass found for the first time in early pregnancy should be followed-up with the possibility of presacral developmental cysts in mind to be alert to the signs of local infection and malignancy.
