A Comprehensive Analog–Mixed Signal (AMS) Simulations Environment

Abstract: The analog–mixed signal simulation environment, used for verifying non-volatile memory macrocells, is presented. It has been adopted over the last decade, providing excellent results in verification coverage, efficiency, and flexibility.
